Mmm, Pie!
It’s been crazy, busy, hectic around here lately. This past week marked the end of summer quarter at school. Finals done, it is now time to relax for a few weeks before beginning fall quarter. However, busy we’ve been, we manage to fit time in for family – and pie! I had been craving a pie for a while, and having a family get together last weekend served the perfect opportunity for me to try making some pies I’ve never made before!
